Parmartham Foundation is a national level non-profit organization working for the development of the underprivileged children, youth and women. Parmartham Foundation is registered under society Reg.Act 21,1860 (Reg. no: 964/029007/2015-16) and run by a group of professionals determined to achieve our objective.We are working in the field of Education, Healthcare and Livelihood for the welfare of the deprived. Most of the areas where we are working have acute poverty, lack of basic facilities, rampant unemployment where probably the only silver lining is the host of beautiful mountains!

• Vocational training provided to 35 women on tailoring, typewriting, and soft toy making. • Organized several cultural awareness programs • Women empowerment program conducted to aware women about their rights and duties. They were also made aware about women health and women education importance. • Running BINA TUTORIAL coaching at Sitamarhi to provide quality coaching to students of secondary level. • Environment awareness programs conducted to reduce impact of pollution. • Importance of clean environment were highlighted and encouraged people to plant more trees. • Handicapped awareness program conducted which helped several handicapped citizens to avail government aids. • Old age care program conducted to foster welfare of needy senior citizens, irrespective of cast and creed. Awareness created among young about their responsibilities towards their old aged parents. • Rural development programs were conducted to fix improper sanitation in rural areas, safe drinking water, adequate cleanliness of water resources.
Governance is the need of the hour in the development sector in order to ensure and promote application of best management practices, compliance of law and adherence to best possible ethical standards. The entire management processes and practices of Parmartham Foundation are in compliance with the principles of ‘Good Governance’.
